Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him!
Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you're on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!
Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Phil. 4:5-7 The Message

Thoughtful post.....however...you could have included a few more pictures of me in there!!!!!!
I counted two...settle down strider boy :D
Tears welling up at these visual reminders of God's goodness and faithfulness. You are a precious sister. Thanks for letting His light shine brightly in you... Phil. 4:6-7 were some of the first verses I memorized after I came to know Christ. I think that the Message version (which strangely enough I hadn't read before your post here) is now a favorite.
Blessings,
Christi
Awww what a great review sis. Hey Strider, you had more pics in there than me...and I'm the SISTER! ;)
Oh dear me...what happened to Bella? Sad..... :(
What a sweet post...I loved every picture in review and your parting words for today were wonderful. Thank you...
I love all these pictures. What a great year He gave us! I am so happy about the new little baby on the way. Thank you for reminding me of my need to let go of worries and turn it all over to the Lord. He knows our needs even before we have them. Strider has got me reading my Message and I am really enjoying it. I have always favored the NIV, but I must say I have been getting a blessing from the Message. Take care my friend.
Wow..what wonderful pictures and quotes under them...I loved looking into your life!

Lovely. Must have taken yu ages to compile. That was certainly some ice and so sorry about the cat.
What a great 'year in review'...beautiful reminders of God's faithfulness! And thanks for sharing those verses in the Message...I need to be reminded to allow Christ to displace my worries on occasion.
Thank you for reviewing your year for us and for seeing God's faithfulness throughout! The amazing thing for me is that our year held many of the same things: seeing kids off to the mission field, a death in the family, a daughter coming home, a grandchild's birth! Yes, and knowing that His peace carries us through! I'm thankful to have been introduced to your post!
I miss bella!!!!!!!
Very lovely photos and
inspiring, beautiful words you shared. Thanks!
God bleess you and your family in this New 2009 Year!
Great review. We miss you too. It's amazing how much PT grew in a year. Love to you all.
