So Looooong Since I Blogged

It has been so long since I have blogged I hardly know how to do this.  Things have changed a bit.  I think I am done with my empty nester rush of babies, weddings, and businesses.  For a quick review:

Jenna ( my youngest) got engaged and married spring & summer 2012
Michael & Jenna bought a coffee shop The Local spring 2013. Jenna is graduating college winter 2013.

Meg ( my middle ) & Tyler had a 3rd baby girl spring 2012, started a yogurt shop, Finnegan Frost  fall 2013 Tyler launched his own branding business, both parents now work from home.  Meg's photography business continues to explode.

Josh my (oldest) & Olivia  got engaged spring 2012, got married summer 2013, Josh launched a greenhouse business Twin Ponds fall 2012 in Minnesota.

I started a non profit community art center The Blank Canvas spring 2012.

Following will be a bit of a photo journal of my last year...I do think all the hoopla maybe over.  I actually had a very quiet fall.  I was kind of in a coma =)

First day of owning The Local.  Michaels' first customers =)
Newly weds and new shop owners...very excited!
The next week a complete remodel
With the help of family, friends and church the remodel was done in a week...there are no words for what that week was like =|

 The whole family!
The wedding took place in Minnesota where Josh & Olivia now live on her parents farm in Stillwater.  It was a perfect setting for this wedding !

 Aunty Christina
Before the dance we lit 50 lanterns...and watched them float over the lake into the night sky...is was spectacular!

The girls down on the farm

 Baby Cora loves Pappa Danny
Inside the newly restored barn...Olivia's grandmother's quilt in the background to represent her presence.

 Uncle Michael and baby Cora

After tying the knot which they literally did at the end of their vows they took off in their canoe...too many pictures to show the whole story.  It was the most delightful wedding weekend of our lives.

Great review of the last couple of years! Ya'll have been busy with major life events, and wonderful ones. And you all are in businesses, which is interesting! I've been to Stillwater, have some dear friends there. Such a nice town. Wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas. Nice to "see you" again!

I am so happy that I visited your blog today, and that you are back. I just spent the last 15 minutes here and have enjoyed every minute of it. What a lovely family you have and what a great photographer you are! I only wish the pictures would not have stopped, as I found them all so interesting.

Now we both have married children living in MN.

So thankful that you are back to sharing life in the blogging world. You are a special lady!
