Welcome to my garden...I have been wanting to have a party now for about 3 weeks. Won't you come on over and join the tour and don't forgot to link back to where it all began at a Soft Place to Land. I have found that my whole garden is one big on going project since we moved here three summers ago. (regulars I know some of these will be retreads)....sorry I just couldn't resist the party :)
Here we are at the entry to the house which is surrounded by a courtyard.
Now we will head out back via the side yard garden....
These nine foot trellises were put up by my son on either side of our property the first summer we moved in. I know my neighbors were wondering what in the world....now they have weathered a nice silver grey and the roses are starting to really climb up them and are doing their thing. Providing beauty and privacy. Of coarse it helped to get the block wall in last summer.

Hello! Stopping over from Kimba's. Love your profile message - everything is so beautiful!
Wow, your garden is absolutely beautiful! Thanks for posting it :)
You have absolutely beautiful gardens!!
Your home is beautiful. Does it take a lot of work to keep all the roses in control? My court yard is getting so lush I can hardly get through it.
It looks like an enchanting place to wander and I bet it smells great too.
Blessings.

I love those climbing roses. They are spectacular! What's your secret for making them so stunning?
Fabulous roses! Thank you for sharing such beautiful photos.

Oh how beautiful!
Oh wow! It's all gorgeous!
Your roses are a beautiful site to behold!
You really do have a gorgeous garden. But I must say that what really caught my eye were the cute pictures of your baby on the sidebar. Just adorable!
QMM: it doesn't take as much work as one would think. I do spend one week in spring, summer, and fall doing some big tiddy up things.
The rest of the time, less than 1 hour a week.
Deidra: the secret is choosing a high rated rose for your growing conditions. If you get the right roses there is nothing to it. I have not even fertilized these yet except for a spring tonic of alfalfa and Epsom salts for the younger roses.
This post is beauty in capital letters. Your roses are the prettiest ever!! I would be picking roses everyday. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Always a pleasure sis to walk through your gardens and do the "posey" walk as we use to call it with coffee in hand and still in our robes!
Well ladies...the photo's are great, but to be there in person is a whole other experience....not only are you visually seeing all the beauty, but your enjoying the fragrance mixed in with the fresh air....it's just heavenly!
I know because I was just there!!!
;)
I think you live in rose heaven. What pretty roses and the last picture is particularly delightful.
Simply Gorgeous!
I believe that in any garden, there is the spirit of God. God is surely walking in your garden, and it is the secret that your garden is so stunning!
Thanks for sharing,
and for that great link.
God bless you always!
Just beautiful. I love everything you showed us. I love roses!!!

What a fragrant garden you have! So beautiful too. You and Barbara in England have a lot in common with your gorgeous roses.
What a gorgeous profusion of lovely blooms. From the first time I saw photos of your garden on your blog, I have thought it was a true paradise. You have a real talent for the garden, among other things (such as art!).
Just lovely. Absolutely lovely!
Beautiful, all of it and especially the roses.
Saw your ocmment on Sara's - The patterns at the top of the thatch are the signature of the thatcher.
BEATUIFUL! Kimba is right, I want to live in your backyard! I promise I wont be any trouble! : )
