A weekend wrap up

Last weekend I had 3 showers and wedding. This weekend it was 3 graduations...whew.
I know I am going to crash on Monday. So here is a quick wrap up of my weekend.

These are the pictures I promised of the Interns graduation. I am really going to miss this group of kids. As Pastor Jon put it, "it was the most successful intern year we have had."

If you missed the post about these amazing kids, check it out here.

I also had some fun doing a few simple flower arrangements before my weekend got under full swing. So every time I came home through out the weekend, even though I was not in my garden I got to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

One last picture. Pardon me for really bragging a bit here :0) When I was at the Intern Graduation I couldn't help but stare at the fruits of my labor as I was looking around this garden. My dear non-gardening friend and Intern director Pastor Angie had asked me to help her design a low maintenance garden a few years ago. I couldn't help but pleased with the results as everything was in full bloom and at its peek.

Here are the kids in return praying and blessing her, as their director and spiritual leader for this year.

I will be catching up on everybody blogs tomorrow :) I hope you all had a great weekend too! My heart is full with the goodness of my King!

Always nice to see young people in a wholesome and beneficial setting. We see so much of the other side. I wish someone in media would focus on the positive things these young folks are doing. You truly have a gift with flowers.

Your flowers are beautiful, but I think that even more beautiful are the lives that you've touched this past year with the interns. Great looking group of kids! God's blessings on them all...

Graduations are always a mix of joy and a tiny bit of sadness, I think. You can be proud that you've helped these young folks find their way.

The Pastor's garden does look lovely. You planned it beautifully for her.

Oh such beauty. You are gifted and what a joy to see those good looking young people. Isn't God so good? The colors of the flowers are so vibrant and make me feel happy.

Your weekend could only have been more excellent if you would have invited your good friends over to get out of the wind!!!! :-)

You are wonderful. Three graduations is a lot. Last year there were 5 in the same day but I could only get to three of them. I understand how tired you must be.

Your roses are beautiful.

Look at those kids, so bright eyed and bushy tailed...graduating and ready to take on the world....The Lord's way!

So much promise and energy in the air, whenever young people congregate for ceremonies of those kind....

As for your flowers, they are to die for! So gorgeous! And your friend's garden is absolutely lovely; you should be proud of your involvement & design' its beautiful...so stand up and take a bow! ((sounds of applause...Lavinia clapping wildly!!)))
